If you read my post on kefir being better than supplements or probiotic pills then you understand why you need to eat kefir made from natural kefir grains. If for some reason you don’t like handling the grains and want an instant powdered mix instead, Body Ecology Diet has a kefir starter that might be just what you need.

Body Ecology Diet is a system or diet that “offers a back-to-basics approach to restoring health and vitality….” with products that “are specifically designed to help you cultivate, nourish, cleanse and repair this abundant inner ecocsystem…” according to their website.

I personally have not tried this, and urge you to go for the natural approach of making kefir from kefir grains. As this has been proven to be significantly better than commercial starters or powdered forms of kefirs. But if you feel like you really really want to then go ahead.

I have friends that went with the Body Ecology Diet and did pretty well.

From all their products, these two products (1 is the book) had the best results for them. More power to them!
