Kefir Recipes

Yummy Kefir Drink

1 ¼ c carrot juice (fresh is better)
1 ¼ c kefir
1 ¼ c tomato juice
Lemon slices
Salt & garlic powder to taste

Blend the juices and Kefir. Add salt and garlic powder to taste. Chill for an hour or so. Serve it with lemon slices.

I enjoy drinking Kefir the most when I make healthy, delicious and refreshing smoothies. But basically any recipe that requires milk, you can use Kefir as substitute. For this entry though, I’ll share with you one Kefir smoothie I love to drink. Hope you like it too!

A friend shared this Kefir recipe to me. I enjoyed it a so much when she let me taste it. I haven’t tried making it yet but it’ll be my next adventure in the kitchen. I’m sure this will be delicious!
