as long as you know what it is, the correct kefir pronunciation doesn't really matter. But maybe we should have a poll on what it should be. Like should it be kefir or kifer or kiefer or keefer, etc. etc.

I confess... i have big thighs... i never knew why
but now i know the reasons and cause of big fat thighs.

Just reading some of the older posts on YKS and bumped into this post.
Kifer or Kefir. Found it interesting that even google doesn't have a specific spelling for it since whether you type kefir or kifer into the search box, it doesn't correct you.

same goes with yogurt and yoghurt.

He told me about how the bad morning breath cure by drinking kefir was true.
