I&#39;ll be following <img src="http://www.yourkefirsource.com/workoutprogram"> and will be posting my results here from time to time.</p>
<p>If you can, please post your results too!</p>
<p>Let&#39;s all do this together!</p>
<p>My starting weight: 138 lbs<br />
Body Fat Percentage = 34% ( this is my estimate from getting a measurement of 2&quot; when squeezing the fat on my thighs)</p>
<p>Bust: 37<br />
Waist: 31.5<br />
Hips: 35.5<br />
Arms: 11</p>
<p>My goal is to lost at least 10 pounds within 4 weeks. I might ramp it up with a more precise diet program but for now I will stay with what i eat daily.
