The P90x nutrition guide is actually very good and it gives you a few different options to follow. If the nutrition plan is faulty, the exercise plan will not deliver the results you desire. You have to stick to the nutrition plan to gain the best results. The P90X Nutrition Guide is divided into three phases: the Fat Shredder; the Energy Booster; and the Endurance Maximizer.Eat nutritiously. The P90X program burns a lot of calories an in order to have the stamina and energy for this program you will need to eat a healthy balanced diet. Resist the temptations for “just one” helping of something you know you shouldn’t be eating. Refined flours and sugars will hinder your ability to complete the program, so read labels carefully.

Have you seen this new product from MP?

It's his personal workout where he teaches you everything step by step, no matter how unfit you are.

And no, this is not for people that want to bulk up.

and Yes, this is definitely fit for women.

I've been following it for a few days and I'm loving it so far.

I've done p90x and regular weight training and yoga, but this video course of his is really simpler than all of those.

It's really cheap too, unlike a p90x program or even equipments. It's on sale right now but it's limited until he reaches 99 members.

Definitely worth your time. Try it.

I asked a friend of mine (katie) to try it out too, I'll ask her to post her results here from time to time. Why don't you join her?

Why not me? Because I've been training for years, and it would be unbalanced for me to post results.

He is the real deal as most of you got his kefir grains. He is a real trainer and straight to the point with this stuff. Just take a look at his video.

Hi! if anyone's in New York you might want to drop by Finger Lakes. It's extremely beautiful there this time of the year. And if watching the different colors of the leaves signaling the arrival of autumn is not enough for you, this place is just great for wine tasting and cheese.

One particular place the Finger Lakes Dexter Creamery will showcase its farmstead kefir cheese, cultured with living kefir grains and handcrafted with raw milk.

Now doesn't that sound like a family trip worth going to? <img src="http://www.yourkefirsource.com/forums/bb-plugins/bb-smilies/default/icon_biggrin.gif" title=":D" class="bb_smilies" />

It's that time of the year again...
no i didn't mean christmas... i meant FLU season!!!

good thing for us we have kefir to fight off bad bacteria
if you still believe probiotics isn't the answer read this excerpt

Eighty percent of your immune system is located in your digestive system, so--it makes perfect sense that probiotics would be very effective at warding off cold and flu viruses

Remember, a robust immune system is your number one defense system against ALL disease, and in order to keep your immune system in top working order you must have a healthy balance of good to bad bacteria in your gut (the optimal balance is about 85 percent “good bacteria” and 15 percent “bad”).

and this

In many cultures, probiotic-rich food and drinks, such as the fermented superfoods natto, kefir, lassi (an Indian yogurt drink) and sauerkraut, are an integral part of the daily diet.

If you eat a diet rich in fermented foods like these that have NOT been pasteurized (pasteurization will kill the probiotics), then you will likely enjoy great digestive, and immune system, health.

cheers and take care of your health everyone!

saw this article that is very fitting here.

Probiotics are beneficial bacteria normally present in the digestive tract. They are vital for proper digestion, strong P vitamin activity, and also perform a number of other useful functions, such as synthesizing vitamin K, help with regulating hyaluronidase, and preventing the overgrowth of yeast and bad bacteria. The beneficial bacteria most often used in supplements are acidophilus and bifidobacteria but there are many more including B.Bifidum, B.Longum, S.Thermophilus, L.Plantarum, and Lactococcus lactis. Thanks to advertisements, many more people have become aware of probiotics in yogurt, but unfortunately, consider them only useful for digestive regularity.

Although some people who have a problem with dairy can eat yogurt or other cultured dairy products like buttermilk, some cheeses and kefir, many get their food-source probiotics from supplements and cultured or fermented foods which also contain various types and amounts of beneficial bacteria. These foods include sauerkraut and tempeh.

I've been using cow milk to make my kefir. I've been doing this with my kifer grains for years and am looking to try goats milk instead. Looking around on the internet i found some sites selling keifer grains specifically for goats milk.
Since I'm not sure about this, I was wondering if I would need to buy new grains for this or can i just use my old grains?
I definitely don't want to spend extra money on something that I don't really need to buy.

due to bad weather I decided to stay at home and watch tv. bored with nothing to watch i decided to try my hand on experimenting on some new wicked kefir recipe. here's what i got.

Kefir Latte on the Rocks

1. pour 1tbsp fresh strong liquid coffee in an empty glass and let it cool a bit. you need this to add that distinct coffee flavor to your kefir. the coffee also helps to dissolve sugar you will add later.
2. add around 1 or 2teaspoons of muscavado sugar to it. if you don't know what muscavado sugar is click here.
3. add half a cup of fresh refrigerated kefir to the glass

Enjoy. I hope you enjoy it as much as i did.
