My starting weight: 138 lbs
Body Fat Percentage = 34% ( this is my estimate from getting a measurement of 2" when squeezing the fat on my thighs)

Bust: 37
Waist: 31.5
Hips: 35.5
Arms: 11

My goal is to lost at least 10 pounds within 4 weeks. I might ramp it up with a more precise diet program but for now I will stay with what i eat daily. It's his personal workout where he teaches you everything step by step, no matter how unfit you are.

And no, this is not for people that want to bulk up.

and Yes, this is definitely fit for women.

I've been following it for a few days and I'm loving it so far.

I've done p90x and regular weight training and yoga, but this video course of his is really simpler than all of those.

It's really cheap too, unlike a p90x program or even equipments. It's on sale right now but it's limited until he reaches 99 members.

Definitely worth your time. Try it.
