My starting weight: 138 lbs
Body Fat Percentage = 34% ( this is my estimate from getting a measurement of 2" when squeezing the fat on my thighs)
Bust: 37
Waist: 31.5
Hips: 35.5
Arms: 11
My goal is to lost at least 10 pounds within 4 weeks. I might ramp it up with a more precise diet program but for now I will stay with what i eat daily. Just the normal controlled portions
