Should you wait to take kefir until after you have finished your antibiotics I noticed it says it clears out the antibiotics out of your system.

I love Kefir, it makes me feel good- makes my stomach feel good, and I feel calmer, happier, more energetic. Anytime- first thing in morning, after work, before a work-out, before bed.

Kefir helped IBS and yeast overgrowth. I had severe IBS and I couldnt go anywhere in the mornings because I lived near my bathroom. I had yellow stools that burned terribly. I think it was yeast. I haven’t seen you focus much on the benefits of kefir to prevent osteoporosis. I started using kefir for this reason having heard from more than one source about it’s usefulness for this. Do you know something that discounts this?
Dr Perricone’s website, among others, has some great info. Here’s a quote: “Lactoferrin: Lactoferrin found in foods such as yogurt and kefir will stimulate new bone growth while preventing further breakdown of existing bone tissue, lactoferrin enhances both the growth and the activity of osteoblasts (the cells that build bone), and reduces the rate of bone cell death by 50 to 70 percent and decreases the development of osteoclasts, the cells responsible for breaking down bone.”

because nutrients only work in the body for short periods of time i add a days worth of several like tomato paste and tumeric and many others and then sip every four hours this is very extremely benefical i call it gods goodie sometimes i call it fixer elixer and other times best buzz
My grandson has ADHD and is on meds for it. They have helped him some but now he has Treits from the meds. He is only 9 years old and I’m so worried about him. When he was born he had yeast really bad to the point he lost his finger nails. They came back but I feel it all has to do with yeast. Will the kefir help with this? And can you take the kefir with fruit?
i have always had what you call a white coated tongue,,,,no matter what i did it didnt go away,,,looking it up on computer, it said it was where i had candidas which made my body unbalenced,,,,after taking kefir, i now have a pink tongue…i am really excited about this stuff
i have to add one more thing that i found out,,,,usually i lose alot of hair when i pick it out after washing,,,the last couple times since i have been on it,,,i have very little hair coming out in my hands and pic now….this stuff is becoming my best friend!
