- You won’t know where these grains really came from
- You will always have doubt about sending money to someone even if it is only for shipping
- You have to test if these kefir grains are healthy enough to produce the quality of kefir you need which will take a bit of time

Icome from Chile and we have always drink kefir since I was little….here in the U.S. I didn’t know the name for it and I ask my mom to bring me a teaspoon of kefir grains…In Chile you can’t buy kefir grains is something you ask for, when you have too much grains you ask somebody who tells somebody and so on, the peopleask you for grains an the chains continue for years.
Many times my grains have died (bucause I forgot to change the milk) but always someone in the family has some and give away, this is a generous chain and we should continuous it!
