One cup of peanut butter has 1,500 calories (approx.) and 130 g of fat. This is anything but healthy. And, considering that there are only two servings in this recipe, there is more fat and calories in this one serving than anyone should eat in a meal. The little bit of fiber is not an offset to all of the fat.
