Would you like some french Kefir with that?
During my last study tour in China, I met this girl from france while doing yoga. We got to talking about healthy living and healthy foods and she happens to bring up kefir. To my surprise she said kefir was really gaining popularity in France. Of course, I told her about my kefir story and how I’m also a kefir addict and she told me she’d send me some of her grains de Kefir. Exactly a year later today, I finally have my own grains de kefir.
