When I make Yogurt smoothies or yogurt shakes, it just takes a couple minutes of my time. Why? Because with my yogurt recipe, I don’t really think about it. I just put the ingredients in and blend it. So what are the ingredients I use?
Yummy Kefir Drink 1 ¼ c carrot juice (fresh is better) 1 ¼ c kefir 1 ¼ c tomato juice Lemon slices Salt & garlic powder to taste Blend the juices and Kefir. Add salt and garlic powder to taste. Chill for an hour or so. Serve it with lemon slices.
I enjoy drinking Kefir the most when I make healthy, delicious and refreshing smoothies. But basically any recipe that requires milk, you can use Kefir as substitute.
