The scientific community has long known that a lot of bacteria or pathogens are harmful to human beings. The switch side though, is that now they’re also discovering that because the human body literally contains more microbes than human cells, these microbes are also agents of good.
That’s why restraint on using antibiotics and regularly consumption of probiotics like Kefir is such a good idea. Probiotics increases the population of good bacteria in the body instead of allowing bad bacteria to thrive.
