Yummy Kefir Drink
- 1 ¼ c carrot juice (fresh is better)
- 1 ¼ c kefir
- 1 ¼ c tomato juice
- Lemon slices
- Salt & garlic powder to taste
Blend the juices and Kefir. Add salt and garlic powder to taste. Chill for an hour or so. Serve it with lemon slices.
Given that this is not for everybody, it’s a new twist and you should try it.
When I want to lose a couple pounds here and there, this is an ideal drink for any time of the day.
