When I make Yogurt smoothies or yogurt shakes, it just takes a couple minutes of my time. Why? Because with my yogurt recipe, I don’t really think about it. I just put the ingredients in and blend it.
So what are the ingredients I use?
- You have to have fruits and they MUST be frozen to make a good smoothie.
You can’t go wrong with berries. Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries. Or choose to go with your favorite fruits like peaches, or mangoes, or bananas. You can mix up the fruits as well to satisfy your taste buds at that moment
- Fat free vanilla yogurt (or home made yogurt, or kefir)
- Orange juice (This is optional but it gives the smoothie a better taste)
You must’ve noticed that I didn’t put any measurements, that’s because I want you to experiment and not think about it. Put in what you want and blend it all up. It will always taste awesome. 🙂
